Features

The machine is an ideal automation equipment for producing gift boxes and rigid boxes by manual locating the inner box and the facial paper on the assembly line,the fixed box is placed into the machine wood mold,then automatic running:box gluing,folding,and forming are completed at one time.15-20 pieces boxes can be produced per minute,which greatly improves the production efficiency of the rigid box and saves production costs,because each action is mechanically defensive standardizing the production of the product,greatly improving the quality of the product.

1.The machine is completed by servo motor and pneumatic,PLC programming control.
2.The machine debugging is completed by the man-machine interface selection,which is easy to adjust.

Q9.How can you assure the machines’ quality?

A:Each machine will be test running at least 24 hours before delivery to assure the quality.And during the warranty,we will give spare parts for free if machine has any problem.

Q10.Do you inspect machines or test running before packing?

A:Of course we do.We have QC department to debug the machine before packing.If you want to use specific material to do the test running,you need to pay for the cost of the material.

Q11.What’s the payment term?

A:T/T 30% in advance,the balance shall be paid before delivery.We also accept payment by West Union or L/C at sight.
